SHIPPING
Cookies and treats will be shipped USPS, Priority Mail.  Some treats may need to be shipped by Fed-Ex.  There is only local delivery for cakes and pupcakes.

We bake to order, each order takes approximately 1 - 2 days.  Each order should arrive within 3-6 business days.

We would appreciate a 1 week notice or turn-around time, if you are placing a large order.  If you would like, we can vacuum seal most treats in bulk for easy freezing.

SALES TAX
If you live in the state of Wisconsin, you are required to pay sales tax.  We will  add 5.5% to you total order.

FAQ's

What kinds of ingredients do you use?
Our K-9 treats are made with natural, healthy, human grade ingredients. Please check out our Ingredients & Storage page for ingredient information.

How are your treats packaged?
Our treats are packaged in fully poly-lined 1/2 pound and 1 pound tin-tie bags.  We will also vacuum seal your treats for you, by request.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business address.

Can you ship outside the United States?
We can only ship within the continental 48 United States, due to the perishable nature of some of our treats.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept cash (local deliveries only), PayPal, check or money order.  If you pay for your order with a personal check, your order will not be processed until your check has cleared.  Please keep this in mind, if you require your order by a certain date.  If your check does not clear, you will be charged a $35.00 fee, as we will be charged by our bank.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us right away either by filling out the form to the left or by phone 262-295-8162. We'll work with you to fix your unhappiness.
